structured
Attempts
are made to maintain the facility by cleaning, sweeping,
dusting, disinfecting, etc., but the maintenance process is not structured; e.g.
there is need to havestandardized
procedures, clear definition, delegation, and monitoring of facility
maintenance responsibilities.

Structured facility maintenance
process with standardized procedures and clearly defined, delegated and
monitored responsibilities
There
is a structured facility maintenance process with standardized procedures and
clearly defined, delegated, and monitored responsibilities, but the
performance of the responsible personnel is not up to the mark, and
monitoring is sporadic/irregular. Need to have a thorough monitoring of the
facility maintenance responsibilities, and a system to evaluate and improve
the effectiveness of the facility maintenance process.
