Developing

Documented code of conduct, but not followed
in spirit/ Minimal expectations communicated verbally and followed to some
extent
There
are some rules and regulations regarding campus behavior but they are only on
paper and not communicated to the stakeholders, or alternately, there is an
unwritten code more or less practiced. Need to have a structured approach
towards discipline and decorum management through a well defined, documented,
communicated, and monitored code of conduct.

is a communicated and practiced code of conduct for staff and students. There
is a system to monitor the alignment of staff and students to the code. Need
for further improvements in communication of the rules and regulations,
