A	Not Demonstrated	No efforts to effectively represent the school to the outer world The school head has made no, or almost negligible attempt to maintain the  school image at an acceptable level and further to be an ambassador of the school to publicize its achievements and/or needs.
B	Developing	Efforts are restricted to maintaining school image internally, without conscious efforts to represent the school to the external world The school head has taken efforts to maintain an acceptable level of school image (with multiple factors contributing to image such as clean and aesthetically maintained campus, demonstrated code of conduct by all stake holders, expected level of professional image of teaching faculty).
C	Proficient	Representation through public relations, media The school head has taken efforts to create and build a brand image of the school through public relations and the media, such as brochures/prospectus/news-paper promotions, web site, event management, etc.
D	Accomplished	Representation through external collaborations The school head has successfully attracted external collaborations and sponsorships for institutional development, curricular/co-curricular events, competency and capability building.
E	Distinguished	Representation through contribution towards wider community The school head has demonstrated achievements by showcasing the best practices and has contributed to the wider community beyond the school, especially at the state and national level.
