Records of committee re-formation are readily available for reference.There is lack of awareness among committee members regarding the process, and there are no attempts made to evaluate the effectiveness of the process.
D	Accomplished	Defined, documented, and thoroughly practiced committee formation process The committee formation process is in compliance to the applicable norms, and properly documented; documents are made available to stakeholders and thoroughly practiced. Members are very well aware of the selection/ nomination criteria, tenures, etc. There is a mechanism for continuous improvement in the process through periodic internal and external evaluation of the effectiveness, followed by revisions.
E	Distinguished	Documented committee formation process, complete compliance, thorough awareness,  multi-layered process The committee formation process is properly documented; process documents are made available to stakeholders and the process thoroughly practiced. The committee formation process is well planned and futuristic to ensure better performance (Partial dissolution, differential tenures, etc.), and has been successfully showcased to other schools.
