Not Demonstrated
|
No clear definition and
delegation of roles and
responsibilities
There are no or almost negligible signs of attempts made for an organized
working style. Roles of individual members are not defined and delegated.

B
|
Developing
|
Responsibilities are
defined for the members collectively but not delegated individually
Attempts are made to define responsibilities, but delegation is not
done for every member. Need to increase awareness of responsibilities and to
monitor responsibilities.

|
Clearly defined, delegated,
and monitored roles and responsibilities, proper awareness about
responsibilities
There is clear evidence of attempts made to define and delegate
responsibilities. There is proper awareness about individual responsibilities,
and a monitoring system to track the fulfillment of responsibilities. Need to have
a proper system of performance evaluation, and to use the feedback for
further improvement in individual and group functionality.

Defined, delegated, and
monitored roles and responsibilities, good awareness, proper system of performance
evaluation
Individual and collective roles and responsibilities are clearly
defined and delegated(by
setting up sub-committees/or small working groups, etc).Members
have clear understanding of their responsibilities. Responsibilities are
continuously monitored. Performance evaluation of each member by himself/herself
and by the committee, and implementation of improvement actions based on
feedback are fully evident.

Defined, delegated, and
monitored roles and responsibilities, thorough awareness, proactive and
futuristic mode of working, effective performance evaluation and clearly
visible progress tracks
The committee follows a well advanced and futuristic mode of working
where the members show a proactive approach towards the fulfillment of their
individual and collective responsibilities. Committee understands the
importance of feedback given during frequent internal performance evaluation
as well as timely scheduled external evaluation. Efforts in tracking the gap
and subsequent improvement through implementation of actions based on
feedback are clearly visible. Demonstrated continuous improvement in
committee’s working is the result of effectively used performance evaluation
system. Successful efforts have been made to showcase the innovative working
style of the committee to wider community.
