B
Developing

Responsibilities are defined for the members collectively but not delegated individually
Attempts are made to define responsibilities, but delegation is not done for every member. Need to increase awareness of responsibilities and to monitor responsibilities.

Proficient

Clearly defined, delegated, and monitored roles and responsibilities, proper awareness about responsibilities
There is clear evidence of attempts made to define and delegate responsibilities. There is proper awareness about individual responsibilities, and a monitoring system to track the fulfillment of responsibilities. Need to have a proper system of performance evaluation, and to use the feedback for further improvement in individual and group functionality.
D
