The school head through her/his visionary approach has created a
unique professional development system that distinguishes the school from
other schools. The teachers’ performances are at high level, teachers’
enthusiasm, self motivation and development is clearly identifiable through
the stakeholder satisfaction, quotable achievements of teachers, and the
outstanding performance of the students. Establishment of exhaustive library facilities
with academic/non-academic materials. Over and above the school level
responsibilities, the teachers make commendable contributions towards the
community through various programmes and activities. Successful efforts to
showcase the unique professional development system to other schools.
