The performance assessment of teachers is a formal annual process. No extra efforts are taken to understand the strengths and weaknesses of individual teachers. No action for performance improvement. There is no provision to enhance the teachers’ performance either by training programmes or by updating the resource library.

Continuous performance assessment, guidance to teachers for better performance in current roles and responsibilities, and performance excellence is recognized and appreciated
Individual teacher’s performance is continuously assessed and the leader gives feedback and guidelines to improve performance. The guidance is more or less restricted to the current responsibility fulfillment. Motivation to attend training programs and utilization of relevant reference facilities is evident. The achievements of teachers are recognized and appreciated through various means.

The school head has managed to implement a very good professional development plan for all teachers. Performance tracking done for individual teachers, strong guidance and motivation to improve performance of the current responsibilities, and to take up next level of responsibilities. Head’s self development and professional expertise are clearly reflected on the development of faculty.

The school head through her/his visionary approach has created a unique professional development system that distinguishes the school from other schools. The teachers’ performances are at high level, teachers’ enthusiasm, self motivation and development is clearly identifiable through the stakeholder satisfaction, quotable achievements of teachers, and the outstanding performance of the students. Establishment of exhaustive library facilities with academic/non-academic materials. Over and above the school level responsibilities, the teachers make commendable contributions towards the community through various programmes and activities. Successful efforts to showcase the unique professional development system to other schools.
