The staff meetings are

The school head has managed to establish good teacher
collaboration and interpersonal relations through utilization of diverse
occasions for communicating with staff. The staff meetings are formal and
informal, individual and in a group, with utilization of all the possible
opportunities and occasions. There is clear evidence of productive staff
meetings reflected in teachers’ performance. Attempts to ensure the
effectiveness of staff meetings to facilitate bonding and knowledge sharing,
through continuous self evaluation by head and peer feedback, followed by
revisions.

The school head has created a unique, exemplary/demonstrable system
of staff meetings at various levels that distinguishes the school from other
schools. The school head continuously takes feedback from various
stakeholders, upgrades the knowledge levels and uses the staff meetings as
means of collaboration with staff through give and take of knowledge,
guidance for better performance, and devising future plans.
