The school head has made no efforts to establish operational systems. He/she is mechanically following the already established system without any customization and without any understanding of the rules and regulations

The operational systems are supported with contemporary technology. The system ensures high quality of operations, facilitates high degree of flexibility, scope for optimization of operational systems to produce quality performance in administrative as well as academic activities.
