Attempt has been made to communicate the routine school requirements (as stated above) to the management and answer all the relevant queries raised by the management.

Timely communication of the requirements of infrastructure and facilities, staff and students
Attempts are made to identify and communicate to the management the infrastructural requirements and the requirements of the teaching and non-teaching staff. The requirements related to the curriculum, assessment plan and other student related needs, budget allocation, comfort of the staff, are also communicated from time to time.

Communicates to the management the developments in the educational sector, tries to influence and prioritize the decisions of the management for the benefit of the school
The school head has managed to update and advise the management adequately from time to time regarding the current educational scenario e.g. new policies, developments in the educational sector, educational technology, the best practices showcased by other schools, etc.

Effectively drives the management for institutional development, to build high brand image, and for wider contributions to the community
The school head has thoroughly internalized his role in the school management committee, and effectively influences and drives the management to take up emerging technologies, and to customize the system according to the new policies, take up new trends to foster institutional growth. Successful and demonstrable/exemplary efforts to drive the management to create and promote a better brand image through wider participation and contribution towards the community.
